Visit Our PagePlease be advised that on 20/04/2026, we sent a legitimate email to customers set up for Auto Payment via Credit Card, requesting they update their payment method once an invoice has been generated.
The email sent was just about changing our Merchant Facility and nothing else.
We will be sending an other email on 21/04/2026 between 8:30am and 9:30am to explain what needs to be done, in easy steps.
What you need to do once you receive the invoice is click on the payment link.
On that page, scroll down and change the PAYMENT METHOD to CREDIT CARD via ANZ WORLDLINE.
Then, click PAY at the top of the page.
Once the payment is approved, you are all set.
IMPORTANT: You cannot reuse your old credit card. Instead, you will need to initiate a manual payment / re-enter your credit card details and have it approved.
