Recharge Method changed for Residential Pre-Paid Customers


Please take note that as of today the 30th January 2012 the rechage method for recharging your account via Bank Transfer / Credit card or PayPal has changed.

To recharge your account you would need to login into your account and click the appropiate link.

 

There is some steps to be taken for the first time only after that once you are registered in the billing system it is as easy as before. The changes you will see is that once you put a recharge and made a payment you will receive a receipt for that transaction. This will be stored till you request to close your account.
